Before shipping, we inspect each item to ensure everything is in perfect order and take special care of packing each individual product. We do our best to process your order within 1 business day and ship within 24 hours as soon as payment is verified. Once verified and shipped, a confirmation number will be sent to your PayPal e-mail address so you may track your order.
We ship to PayPal confirmed addresses in Canada and the U.S. only.
We are not responsible for any customs charges.
Shipping is free for customers in Canada and the 48 contiguous states in USA only. Buyers outside of the 48 contiguous states or with a PO BOX, FPO and APO address are requested to contact us prior to making their purchase. This is highly recommended as there may be extra shipping charges and they will be invoiced accordingly.
Once you have received your package, you have 14 days to notify us of your return via e-mail. As soon as we confirm your return, simply ship the product back in the original selling condition and package otherwise your return will not be processed.
The buyer is responsible for any returning postage cost, if any.
